Hey bloggers.
I have a confession to make. I missed out on doing my 4 chapters yesterday (friday the 24th/4/09)... and I just want to tell you all how now I have to do 8 chapters. And the thought of it is a little overwhelming. (ok so i'm havin' a sook, "toughen up" i hear u say!) I'll do it, 'cause I know that to saddle up to 12 chapters tomorrow might be to much.
So keep those readings up people, and don't fall behind like me...

ReplyDeleteYep, 12 chapters....not such an exciting thought (as amazing as it is to read the Bible (I love it in managable pieces), we're being honest - sometimes it's a challenge! - and 12 chapters, yep surely a challenge). Perhaps, just read 2 chapters - then go do something, another 2 - another something....until hey presto - 8 chapters read! I'll be praying for you my bro, you had a huge day yesterday, so I don't blame you at all - unless you've recently developed the ability to read, analyse and drive all in the same moment... (Hmm, I hope not).

Hey bro...don't feel bad. I know I have lagged behind a bit. Where are we meant to be up to by now? Can anyone tell me? I agree with Bec, take it in small steps - a chapter here, a chapter there. Maybe even read some in the loo...using your time productively! :)
ReplyDeleteAppreciate your honesty, but know you're not alone...I gotta get back into it too. And I think you have more of an excuse than anyone. But we can only try to keep up our efforts! It will be so worth it in the end.
I finished Genesis last night! Is that where we're meant to be up to?? Hmmm. Exodus, here we come... :)
